LILA PUTOVANJA d.o.o. was founded in 2012 by experienced professionals in airline ticket sales, the activity that forms the foundation of our business. Since 1 January 2023 we have operated as an independent agency within the Lufthansa City Center group under the name Lufthansa City Center Lila.
Each member of our team has over 10 years of experience in airline ticket sales, which gives us particular confidence in the work we do. We built our expertise working at the largest agencies and airlines, and through professional certifications, seminars and industry fairs.
Continuous development is our long-term commitment, and our knowledge sets us apart from the rest.
Our business is also secured by a bond with IATA, the international association of air carriers and agencies, of which we are a full member.
We are a partner of several technology companies through which we are connected to hundreds of airlines and millions of accommodation units around the world. With some airlines we are connected directly, without any intermediaries, through our own technology solutions, which makes us unique in the wider region and, given the size of our agency, globally.
Our main clients are private individuals and small and medium-sized companies from every industry, from Croatia and abroad. We strive to give each client the most personalised service possible, while keeping that service as fast and simple as possible for them.
