Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the lila.travel website operated by LILA PUTOVANJA d.o.o. (hereinafter: “we”, “us”, “the Agency”). By accessing or using the website, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Permitted use

The website may be used only by natural and legal persons who browse the offer and reserve or purchase travel services for their own needs or for the needs of named travellers. The website content is intended for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

Prohibited activities

When using the website, you are expressly prohibited from:

  • automated data collection (scraping, crawling, spidering, harvesting) by any manual or automated means, including bots, scripts, robots and similar technologies;
  • copying, reproducing, indexing, storing or republishing content, pricing data, flight schedules, descriptions or images without our prior written consent;
  • using pricing and availability data to build competing services, comparison engines or aggregators, or for resale;
  • bypassing, disabling or interfering with the website's security features, access restrictions (e.g. rate-limiting, CAPTCHA, robots.txt) or technical protection measures;
  • overloading the infrastructure with an excessive number of requests, denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS), or any action that jeopardises the availability, integrity or security of the website;
  • making false, speculative or fraudulent bookings, or automated price-checking without the intention to purchase;
  • unauthorised access to other users' accounts, data or parts of the system, as well as attempts at decryption, decompilation or reverse engineering;
  • introducing malicious code (viruses, trojans, malware) or any interference with the proper operation of the website;
  • using the website in a way that violates applicable regulations, intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties.

Intellectual property

All content on the website — texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, icons, the user interface, source and object code, and their selection and arrangement — is the property of LILA PUTOVANJA d.o.o. or is used under appropriate licences, and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. The names “Lufthansa City Center” and “Lila”, the associated logos, and airline marks and IATA codes are protected trademarks of their respective owners.

Use of content and images

Without our express prior written consent, you may not download, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or in any way commercially exploit the content and images from the website. Photographs and other visual materials may be subject to the copyright of third parties and service providers and may not be used outside the context of this website. By way of exception, temporary caching of pages in your browser and printing or saving an individual booking for personal records are permitted.

Pricing and availability data

The prices, fares, schedules and availability shown on the website are informational in nature, subject to frequent change, and become binding only at the moment the ticket is issued or the service confirmed. The data is retrieved from carriers' and other suppliers' systems, and it is prohibited to systematically collect, store or redistribute it for any purpose.

User accounts

If you open a user account to use certain services, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify us without delay of any unauthorised use of the account. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently disable an account used contrary to these Terms.

The website may contain links to third-party websites that we do not operate and for whose content, availability or privacy practices we are not responsible. Use of those websites is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the website and its content “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties as to accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be free of errors or interruptions or that it is entirely secure against all threats.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LILA PUTOVANJA d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of or inability to use the website, including damage due to reliance on informational pricing and availability data. The Agency's liability for contracted travel services is governed by the General Terms & Conditions.

Measures in case of abuse

In the event of a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to restrict or deny access to the website, block IP addresses or automated clients, cancel disputed bookings, and take appropriate legal measures to recover damages and protect our rights and the rights of third parties.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms take effect upon publication on this website, and continued use of the website after publication is deemed acceptance of the changes.

Governing law and jurisdiction
